Be able to promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel. This role is responsible for processing invoices, ensuring that all relevant supporting documents are present as appropriate, and following strict purchase order coding and procedures. Maintaining and keeping up to date records in Adaco and Dataplus A/P on a daily basis, checking for correctness on G/L coding and VAT claims. Responsible for communicating with all departments with regards to following correct Finance procedures and ensuring all Head of Departments approve relevant invoices. This role must work on own initiative and prepare monthly payment runs, reconciliation of supplier statements and follow up on any discrepancies. Ability and flexibility to assist the Finance Department with cover of other positions as reasonably requested.
