Entry-level Recruiter Position

Ervin Hickman Staffing Solutions is hiring IT, Healthcare, and Professional Services Recruiters to help fill contract and permanent positions.

What you will be doing:
Managing the full-life cycle recruiting process from sourcing/lead generation to candidate screening, qualifying applicants and rate/salary negotiation

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Entry-Level Recruiter preferred
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals/performance quotas
  • Naturally driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude
  • Must enjoy and be COMFORTABLE on the phone, calling into potential candidates.
  • Must work well under pressure and tight timelines
  • Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Possess a proficiency in social media, social recruiting and LinkedIn
  • Desire to increase personal income and grow professionally!
  • IT or Technology staffing experience is a plus!
